What makes Dr. Tea’s quality different?

We source directly from trusted gardens and licensed suppliers, pack in food-safe pouches, and batch-test for purity and freshness. Each pack lists the packed-on date so you know it’s fresh.

Do you add artificial colors, flavors or preservatives?

No—our blends use tea leaves and natural botanicals only. We don’t add artificial colors or preservatives. (Always check the ingredient label for the exact blend.

Any allergens or is it vegan?

Most teas are naturally vegan and gluten-free. Some blends may include spices or botanicals—please review the ingredient list and avoid if you have allergies. Write to support@drtea.in if you’re unsure.

How should I store tea and what’s the shelf life?

Keep it airtight, away from light, heat and moisture. For peak flavor, finish within 6–9 months of opening (unopened packs follow the date on pack).

What is your return & replacement policy?

For safety, we can accept unopened, sealed items within 7 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll replace or refund promptly.
