Brew basics: Quick cup — 95 °C · 3–4 min (2–3 g / 200 ml). Chai — simmer leaves in water 2–3 min, add milk (1:1 or 60:40 milk:water) with ginger/cardamom, boil gently 2–3 min, then strain.

How should I store tea and what’s the shelf life?

Keep it airtight, away from light, heat and moisture. For peak flavor, finish within 6–9 months of opening (unopened packs follow the date on pack).

What is your return & replacement policy?

For safety, we can accept unopened, sealed items within 7 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll replace or refund promptly.
