Where can I find my Serial ID?
Each eligible Dr. Tea pack has a unique Serial ID printed on the side/back. Format: DT-YY-XXXX-NNNNNN.
How many times can I enter?
Every Serial ID counts as one valid entry. Buy multiple packs, get multiple entries — but each Serial can only be submitted once.
When are winners announced?
Monthly Winners are announced within 7 days after month-end.
Grand Yearly Draw takes place on January 1 (IST).
What is the prize pool?
5% of eligible sales go into a transparent prize pool. The more tea you enjoy, the bigger the rewards.
Is purchase required to enter?
No — you can only enter via a free entry method outlined in our official Terms & Rules page.
