- For teacup: 2–3 g per 200 ml at 95–100°C, steep 3–4 minutes. Strain.
- For kadak chai: simmer 200 ml water with spices & sugar, add 2–3 g tea, boil 1–2 min, add 100–150 ml milk, boil 1–2 min, strain.
- Tip: For extra syrupy texture, brew 15–20% stronger and reduce boil time to keep bitterness negligible.
